Lego 60217- Fire Plane

The next City Fire Plane has been unveiled. As the available pictures show, it features a pretty interesting and sturdy airplane with two engines, a couple of buildable trees in flames with some vegetation nearby, a small fire vehicle with a new water cannon and three mini-figures (three fire-fighters with different suites.

The airplane shows some nice details to enjoy namely the water compartment, the cockpit with the controllers or the small door on top. The trees look also really nice and one of them has also a small hideout for a weasel. The set just like the rest of the theme will be available on January.

Lego 60177 – Airshow Set

Let’s have a short look to a new cool 10 dollars city set, the Airshow Set. Eighty seven pieces, an aircraft with a few interesting details and good handling and a single mini-figure is all that we’ll find in a pretty but small box.

This high speed airplane despite being basic has a quite interesting design. The long nose presents a nice cockpit for the pilot with a large windshield (which opens widely) that covers the entire space and inside the pilot has the essential: a couple of handlers and a seat to maneuver the exhibition machine.

Lego 60175 – Mountain River Heist

The Mountain River Heist is a new City Mountain Police set with almost four hundred pieces and a lot of nice vehicles to play with. The set intends to recreate a scene where a couple of robbers have stolen a safe car and all the pursuit that comes after the robber.

And for that, the set features three nice vehicles that include a police airplane, capable of flying and landing in the most inhospitable places, a red All Terrain Vehicle with six wheels and a green Bank Truck with gold inside. Four mini-figures (an officer, the van’s driver and a couple of crooks) are also included as well as a few additional elements such as a tricky tree, ready to fall on top of the truck and some accessories for the figures.

Lego 76075 – Wonder Woman Warrior Battle

The Wonder Woman Warrior Battle is a new DC Comics Super Heroes set, already available on retail. It is a medium size set with two hundred and eighty six pieces and features a great vintage style airplane, two mini-figures (Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor) with assorted accessories and a brick built figure, Ares.

In my opinion, the airplane is absolutely the highlight of this set, especially for those who don’t know anything about this DC Comics scenario.
