Lego 75133 – Rebel Alliance Battle Pack

The Rebel Alliance Battle Pack is one of the new Star Wars Battle pack sets that will be available on stores in the next couple of weeks. It has around hundred pieces and features a speeder bike and four rebel troopers (a couple of humans, Duros and Rodian) with plenty of assorted weapons.

This kind of sets might not be the most enthusiastic in terms of playability and beauty but I always find them useful, allowing getting some really nice mini-figures (and most of the times an extra vehicle) without having to spend too much money.Lego-75133-Rebel-Alliance-Battle-Pack-star-wars-2

Lego 75100 – First Order Snowspeeder

The First Order Snowspeeder is another Star Wars: The Force awakens set that has been officially released last week. This medium size space ship has four hundred and forty three pieces and features besides the space ship, three mini-figures (a couple of first order snow troopers and their officer – which is identified by its red shoulder) and plenty of extra green ammunitions.

At the first glance and without putting my hands on it, I must say that I especially like it. It’s mostly grey, with lots of details and small piece everywhere (one of the reasons that the piece count is so high), it looks quite sturdy and definitely brings a lot of nice features to enjoy.

The front is completely dominated Continue reading

Lego 75090 – Ezra’s Speeder Bike

Ezra’s Speeder Bike is a 2015 Star Wars set that has recently hit stores. The speeders are reasonably large and built with small pieces which explain the total number of bricks: two hundred and fifty three. Besides the two vehicles, the set brings also three mini-figures (Ezra Bridger, Sabine Wren and a Stormtrooper) all of them with the respective weapons.

The speeders, as you can see and the pictures seem quite similar being the major difference for obvious reasons its color scheme. The front that contains a couple of movable vanes is also adjustable in length mostly thanks to the two retractable pieces that join the nose with the cockpit.

This one, in both vehicles Continue reading
