The Parisian Restaurant has finally been unveiled and what a great surprise that this is!! With exactly two thousand and four hundred and sixty nine pieces the new creator expert set is an amazing modular building with three floors, five mini-figures and a bunch of nice details all around the building.
Looking at the entire building, the architecture details are absolutely phenomenal, namely the projected bricks in the side wall, all the columns all over the building, the different kinds of windows and of course the blue penthouse on top, all embedded in a beautiful color scheme from which the olive green stands gracefully.
At the front, the bustle of lunch time is enormous and the esplanade is definitely appellative for all the costumers. The Chez Albert Restaurant has in the outside a couple of tables, each one with two seats, a beautiful and shiny entrance with a red carpet and some really colored flowers all along the grey sidewalk. At the corner a brown ladder with a nice bench gives access to an apartment in the first floor.
All the several floors or levels are easily removable, which allows a great access to everything, and if you have a close look to the restaurant, you’ll find inside a couple of extra romantic tables with an individual lamp, some nice blue curtains at the windows and at the opposite corner a big restaurant kitchen filled all the necessary tools to prepared all the tasty dishes.
Above the restaurant, in the first floor, inside we can find a small apartment with all the required comfort namely a nice sofa, a pull down bed, a small table with a round seat and a nice kitchenette and finally we can even find a small fireplace. It’s incredible the quantity of nice features in such a small space!
Outside the fun continues with a small outdoor terrace with some additional tables and respective seats. The black handrail that includes a couple of lamps and two nice flower vases has also a big black ladder that shows the way to the top floor that is a nice artist studio easily accessible through the blue skylight.
Here we can find several tolls and accessories for the painters, two nice painting filled with multiple colors, an old but huge fire place, filled with many small details which makes it quite realistic and at the ceiling there’s a small and discrete lamp, made with a transparent brick.
No matter how much I write it’s almost impossible to mention all the gorgeous details of this set. If we have a look at the food, you’ll find croissants, a pie, 2 cupcakes, 2 grapes, 2 hotdogs, turkey, cheese wedges, milk carton and colored bottles, if we look at the street, for instance, you’ll see a great side walk, many small flowers, a blue garbage can at the back, a big black plumbing at one of the walls and even a new red scooter.
This is definitely a must for the beginning of 2014 and a great additional to the modular collection. The price, around the hundred and sixty dollars is quite appellative, especially if we think that this set has almost two thousand and five hundred pieces. It’s very busy in the Parisian Restaurant. As a scooter zips by, inside the waiter rushes between the tables as the nervous young man gets ready to propose with the ring! It’s just as hectic behind the scenes, with the chef busily preparing the food. This beautifully detailed building is the setting for so many stories and is a great addition to the modular building series. The Parisian Restaurant has a fully-stocked, blue and white tiled kitchen with tableware as well as a cozy apartment with pull-down bed, kitchenette and fireplace. On the top floor is the artist’s room with a studio that includes a cast iron heater, easel, paintbrush and two works of art by the aspiring artist. Outside, stairs lead down to the roof terrace lined with hanging lanterns and flowers where the diners eat alfresco-style. This amazing Parisian Restaurant model even includes a facade with croissants, clams and feather details that recapture the feel of Paris.
