Just like most part of the themes, pictures of the new Friends and Disney sets have also been revealed, giving a pretty good look about the good news that the girls might expect. And once again there’s plenty to choose from, with lots of nice details, mini-dolls and color!
Friends show us a wider range of sets with sizes for every tastes and wallets. Mia’s House looks absolutely beautiful! On the other hand, Disney with six new options bring once again its typical magic look filled with some nice features to play with.
Here we go for some more, this time Lego Movie 2, Minecraft and DC Batman. Concerning Lego Movie, there is definitely a bunch of new stuff to enjoy and I’m sure that the fans will certainly identity every single detail of the movie.
Minecraft is not my concept of Lego for sure but soon five new sets will hit shelves. Finally DC Batman will present a lot of color and action with two new options which clearly are not the only ones for 2019. The sets will be available next year during the first months.
In a time that the end of the year knock the door, the new 2019 are gradually being unveiled. Let’s have a look at the new Star Wars, Ninjago and Tehcnic sets , even that the set list, looking to the range, is far away from being completed.
As far as I can see, overall, this new wave of Lego sets didn’t excite me too much with the exception of a couple of them, namely the Technic Chevrolet Corvette (42093) and the Ninjago Jay Storm Fighter (70668) which are definitely very good.
Some of the new 2019 Lego sets have finally been unveiled and according to the pictures that are surfing in the net, some of them are already available on shelves. For now it is possible to have a look to some city and creator sets, which, with the exception of one or two, I must say didn’t excite me at all.
City show the traditional new round of Fire sets as well as some new great vehicles boxes , with the biggest until the moment, the Downtown Fire Brigade (60126) to ensure all the attention . In terms of creator nothing to much appealing, just five 3*1 sets but I’m sure than soon well some much more not only from these themes but also from the rest.
Lego has just unveiled a new Ideas set, totally different from everything, the Pop Up Book. This new concept is considerably big, eight hundred and fifty nine pieced and features a buildable book with two scenarios that includes four mini-figures (Little Red Riding Hood, Grandmother, the Wolf, and the Giant), a micro-figure and some nice details to enjoy.
The base of those scenarios are two old fairy tales: Little Red Riding Hood and Jack and the Beanstalk, whose respective parts can be built separately and then attached to the book, one at a time. Personally, it’s not my concept of Lego, but I must say that the book, when closed, looks absolutely beautiful.
